One of the unique things about this house is the gym in the basement. You can see the volleyball net in this picture. It can be stretched across the gym and attached to the wall. The gymnastic mat you see on the floor can also be attached to the wall as seen on the wall above the floor mat. There are enough mats when attached together to stretch the length of the gym. Without the mats on the wall you can have a wall for tennis practice. There are three basketball standards. Two of the hoops are adjustable for smaller children. This is a great area for parties, cold winter days and the hottest days of summer.
This is the staircase going up to the top level. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. There are three bedrooms and two and a half baths on the main floor.
This is a picture of the main floor laundry room. There is a folding table to the left and lockers on the right. There are cabinets above the washer and dryer. The door you see is to the half bath and the area before the half bath is a little computer area for the children. In that area you would see a door leading to a four car garage. In the garage there is lots of storage space as well as a small room for tools etc.
This is one side of the family room downstairs and you can see the door that leads to the play room as well as the guest bathroom. There is a large walk in closet behind the piano where you can store sheet music, games, books, videos etc.
This is the family room on the other side of the piano, right by the downstairs kitchen. It has a gas fireplace and built in stereo speakers in the ceiling for watching surround sound television. The door off to the right leads to the exercise room. You can see there is plenty of room for a ping pong table, couches, television and room to spare.
This is the kitchen downstairs. It is for entertaining. It has it's own entrance and the window you see in the picture looks down into the gym so when parents are visiting upstairs they can see the children playing downstairs.
This is the largest storage room in the house. There is lots of storage including a walk in pantry off the upstairs kitchen, a closet for storing chairs, a luggage closet, lots of small closets and walk-in closets in almost all of the bedrooms.
One of the unique things about this house is that it has an office with a private entrance. The door to the office is electronic and the person working in the office controls it. There are two large closets in this room and there is a private bathroom and conference room attached to this room. It is blocked off from the other parts of the house with double doors upstairs and down.
We also have two laundry rooms in the house. This is the one upstairs for the children or guests.
We have two kitchens in the house. This is the one on the main floor. There are double ovens and a cook top that is easy to clean. The floor is tile and it is has a nice big window for lots of light.
This is the jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. There are two sinks with counters on either side. The shower is a snail shower so there is no messy glass to keep clean and it has two shower heads one high and one low. The toilet area is separate.
This is the master bedroom. You can see the fireplace in the room and the picture window with a beautiful view of Mt. Timpanogos. There is plenty of room for a sitting area, television, king size bed and more. This room also has track lighting and in the house I put electrical plugs with the light switch so when you're vacuuming you don't have to bend over to change the plug. This is where the master control to the security alarm is and there are intercoms in almost all of the rooms to make communication easier. There are his and hers walk in closets and a hall leading to the master bath.
This is the dining room. The china cabinet is built in and the floor is tile for easy clean up. The large window on the left is a picture window with a beautiful view of Mt. Timpanogos.
This is the upstairs family room. The cabinets are all built in with plenty of room for books, games, videos and the television.
This is the entry to the home. It is right next to the formal living room and the wall on the right keeps your other rooms private.
A mother-in-law apartment could be made from the office with a small addition of a kitchenette or from the basement which already has a kitchen.
Why are we moving?
This is the formal living room. One of the reasons I like this room is that it is at the front of the home and has no view of any other rooms in the house. It's easy to keep this one room picked up and it allows for privacy in the rest of the house.

Why are we moving?
We had one daughter get married in November and we have one more getting married in June and our son is going on a mission in August. We'll have three children leave in less than nine months so we thought maybe we'd downsize.
